You can receive a full refund on your subscription within 30 days if you have not made any reservations with your account. Please send refund requests to billing@trasava.com.
You can receive a full refund on your paid subscription if your member savings on your paid reservations do not exceed your annual subscription amount. Your account tracks your total member savings at the time of booking a reservation. You can find your savings on each reservation in the “My Account” section of your account. Please send refund requests to billing@trasava.com.
All refund requests will be processed within 1-5 business days. It may take up to 5 days for your bank to post to your account from the date that your refund request is processed.
